About ngnsimulation
Built by a registered nurse and an AI engineer — the clinical judgment and the engine come from the same team.
We started from a simple conviction: the tools preparing healthcare professionals should be as rigorous as the work itself. So we didn't license someone else's AI. We built the full stack ourselves, from the learner's interface to the clinical-judgment algorithms underneath.
Today that engine powers six products across nursing licensure, occupational therapy, certification, and allied-health simulation — all grounded in Alberta, Canada and engineered to scale.
The name. ngnsimulation is short for Next Generation Neural Simulation Labs — where ngn is Next Generation Neural, a nod to the neural-AI and simulation heritage at the core of everything we build.
The thesis
We build the complete stack for healthcare education, from the learner's screen to the clinical-judgment algorithms beneath it.
Health programs aren't capped by applicants — they're capped by clinical placements, preceptors, and lab hours. Simulation is how a division raises that ceiling without adding seats it can't staff.
One engine covers 57 roles across a health sciences division, so the unit of sale is the division, not a single program. We build the full stack — UI, API, and algorithms — rather than a thin wrapper over someone else's model.
Every product is precision-mapped to real competency blueprints (NGN, CPNRE, HCA) and built on a transparent, evidence-based R&D methodology that reviewers and partners can audit.

Founder & CEO
Jasleen is a registered nurse in Canada and founded ngnsimulation to close the gap between how healthcare professionals are trained and the clinical judgment their work demands. She has practised in the system these products prepare people for, and she sets the company's clinical standard, vision, and product direction alongside its partnerships across Alberta's health and education systems.
